Responsibilities:
1. Handing all kind of inward shipments
2. Receiving and revising all related documents related to all kind of shipments
3. Following up with shipping line arrival dates, calculating demurrage, storage
4. Following up with all agents all over the world
5. Arrange the booking Air / Sea & Land for all kind of shipments
6. Invoicing our clients in the prober time with high efficiency
7. Coordinate with Operations, Sales and Finance Departments to meet operational requirements
8. Sending arrival notes to our customers
9. Handing all inward & outward shipments
10. Offer best ocean freight rates from all shipping lines
11. Preparing house bill of loading and all shipping declarations
12. Inform customer of shipment status (readiness of shipment, information, from supplier), handling door to door service
13. Making the Manifest & Following up the Storage
14. Reports for every shipment
15. Issuing the invoices
16. Dealing with forwarders agents abroad
